Junior Information
7-12yrs
Junior Triathlon Acadamy
11 months of the year .....Junior Triathlon Academy is for all 7-12 yo and is held at the Leisurefit Centre in Booragoon..
It was an efs Tri Club program but is now operated 100% by the Centre using & employing 2 x of our Club Junior Coaches for Tri expertise
This is the important foundation for learning the skills of the sport pre moving up to the competitive 12YO upwards levels.
13 - 17 yrs
NXT Program
SUMMER ONLY:
EFS | NXT Program:
A performance pathway for 13-17yrs to learn for the World Triathlon competition racing styles. Starting progress from School Sports Tri --to Junior Series- to National Series via skills, racing, events. The ARC Cockburn is base for training with EFS coaching -taking on all the progressions & steps needed to begin elite junior trathlons
This program aligns with the WA Triathlon Pathways model.
Qualifying times in pool and running are applied.
